Following the sessions on Day 1, participants are invited to an icebreaker at Rhodes House.

Tuesday 9 June 2026  Non-hosted Dinner

On the evening of Day 2, a workshop dinner will be held at the Oxford University Museum of Natural History. Further details will be published on the website, and registration will be available through the online registration system. 

Wednesday 10 June 2026 - ECR Networking Event

Registered participants of the Early Career Researcher (ECR) networking event are invited to join on Wednesday from 18:00 in the reception room, followed by a fun activity in the Glass Pavilion.
